About
Hi! My name is Maggie Jobson.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and my passion is helping women come back to who they truly are. Throughout life, we are often pulled in many directions, and the roles we take on can leave us feeling disconnected and fractured from ourselves rather than grounded in wholeness. Over time, this can lead to burnout, anxiety, depression, exhaustion, confusion, and a loss of purpose.
I believe we are meant to fully embody who we are and move through life feeling grounded, joyful, peaceful, and authentic. From an early age, many of us learn to play certain roles to fit into the environments we were born into. We adapt to expectations, learn to self-protect, and begin shaping ourselves around what feels acceptable or necessary for connection and survival.
Then…
Life happens.
All the things we learned as girls play a role in how we live now. This is why I believe so strongly in story work. Understanding where we come from can help us better understand where we are now and why we respond to life the way we do.
I also believe that many of us have experienced wounds or trauma that we were never meant to carry. Trauma shapes us, often in ways we don’t even realize. In an effort to protect ourselves, we begin to adapt, perform, and shapeshift to survive. While those patterns may have once served a purpose, they can eventually pull us further away from who we truly are.
My work focuses on helping women gently uncover those patterns, reconnect with themselves, and create space for healing, clarity, and lasting inner peace.
I want to help you piece this apart.
I want to help you find yourself again.
I want to help you walk in freedom and solidarity.
You matter. Your one precious life matters. How you live matters.
Ready to come back to you?
Let’s do this together.
~Maggie
